Getting started
Sketella works without an account. Just type, speak, snap a photo, or forward an email — and confirm the proposed event. Our onboarding walks through the four input methods and the four AI capabilities (add / check / edit / delete) on first launch.
Voice input not working?
Voice input requires Microphone permission and an active internet connection (transcription happens via a real-time service). If voice fails:
• Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Sketella is enabled.
• Verify Wi-Fi or cellular is on. Voice does not work fully offline.
• Long-press the mic button to retry — the transcript appears live as you speak.
Photo recognition not extracting events?
Photo OCR is a Pro feature. The AI looks for date markers (①②③ / 1./2./3. / 一、二、三 / explicit dates) and time references in the image. If extraction misses events:
• Make sure text in the photo is legible and not heavily obscured.
• Try cropping to the relevant section before importing.
• Sometimes a longer document with mixed content (e.g. legal text plus event dates) confuses the model — split into smaller crops.
Email forwarding setup (Pro)
Pro subscribers get a unique forwarding address visible in Settings → Email Forwarding. Forward any meeting invite to this address; Sketella parses and pushes a notification with the event proposal back to your iPhone.
If forwarding doesn't trigger an event:
• Confirm the email actually contains a date and time. Marketing emails without a specific event are skipped.
• Check that you forwarded TO the address (not CC'd, not BCC'd).
• Allow up to 60 seconds for the proposal to arrive.
Calendar / Reminders permission denied
Sketella needs calendar (and optionally reminder) permission to write events on your behalf. If you initially declined and want to grant it now:
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Sketella → toggle on. Then restart the app.
Subscription & refunds
Sketella Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel: iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sketella Pro → Cancel.
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have access to your billing details and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

Sketella 无需注册账号。直接打字、说话、拍照,或者转发邮件——然后确认提议的事件即可。首次启动时引导会带您过一遍四种输入方式和四种 AI 能力(加 / 查 / 改 / 删)。
语音输入不工作?
语音输入需要麦克风权限和稳定的网络连接(识别由实时服务完成)。如果语音失败:
• 在 iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全 → 麦克风 中确认 Sketella 已开启。
• 检查 Wi-Fi 或蜂窝网络是否打开。语音不能完全离线工作。
• 长按麦克风按钮重试——转录结果会随您的语音实时显示。
拍照识别没有提取出事件?
拍照识别是 Pro 功能。AI 会在图片中寻找日期标记(①②③ / 1./2./3. / 一、二、三 / 明确日期)和时间引用。如果未识别出事件:
• 确认照片中文字清晰、未被严重遮挡。
• 尝试将相关区域裁剪后再导入。
• 有时较长的混合内容(如法律条款 + 事件日期)会混淆模型——拆分为更小的截图试试。
邮件转发设置(Pro)
Pro 订阅用户在"设置 → 邮件转发"中可以看到专属转发地址。将会议邀请转发到该地址,Sketella 会解析并通过通知向您的 iPhone 推送事件提议。
如果转发后没有触发事件:
• 确认邮件确实包含日期和时间。不含具体事件的营销邮件会被跳过。
• 确认是"转发"到该地址(不是抄送、密送)。
• 提议到达可能需要最多 60 秒。
日历 / 提醒事项权限被拒绝
Sketella 需要日历(以及可选的提醒事项)权限来代您写入事件。如果您最初拒绝了并想现在授权:
iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全 → 日历 → Sketella → 开启。然后重启应用。
订阅与退款
Sketella Pro 订阅由 Apple 计费。取消方式:iOS 设置 → 点击您的姓名 → 订阅 → Sketella Pro → 取消订阅。
退款请求请直接通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 联系 Apple 处理。我们无法访问您的账单详情,也无法代 Apple 发起退款。
